LivingSpace consists of over 1000 homes located in and around the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals in Oxford and Banbury.
Under the management of A2 Housing Group, residents can come
from the Trust itself, as well as neighbouring Trusts. In addition,
we welcome people who provide key public roles in and around our
main areas of residence. Whilst we will always put ORH Trust
employees
as our main priority, when available, we welcome ‘key workers’
to live within our bustling communities.

Convenience comes as standard: fully furnished rooms where you simply
need to bring your suitcase; affordability which means weekly and
monthly rents that don’t hurt your pocket; quality accommodation
which is well kept, clean and in line with rigorous standards as
set out by Government in the housing of health workers and other
key workers.
Our accommodation solutions… from one day to many
months
Our range of homes includes simple single rooms through
to multi-bedroom family accommodation. Many of our homes are fully
furnished, whilst others lend themselves to being personalised exactly
the way you want to live (with advanced written agreement from A2).
The choice of living space means that you can decide whether you
want a ‘ready made’ home where you can start living
from day one, or a location where you can invest more time to create
the home you want. Which ever you choose, you can rest assured that
the accommodation will be clean and welcoming, and you’ll
be surrounded by friendly faces, many of whom are following similar
career paths to yourself.
What you can expect… our service levels
- Where furnished, our rooms have a range of furniture to make
the accommodation liveable from the moment you walk in…
just bring your suitcase! Many of our newer rooms have
en-suite facilities.
- At each of our locations, you will find comprehensive launderette
facilities.
- Linen and towel changing is available for residents paying a
service charge. Items are ‘swapped out’ twice weekly.
- Communal and kitchen areas within our locations are cleaned
five times a week.
- ‘On call’ rooms are cleaned three times a week and
upon change of resident.
- All residents will receive a twice yearly newsletter detailing
specific information in relation to their accommodation and supporting
services
- There are regular ‘feedback’ meetings for residents
to air their views on all accommodation matters directly to the
A2 Housing Group Team
